David Bulkin David Bulkin is VP of Training Services at LitheSpeed, where he delivers agile training and coaching. David is also an agile editor at InfoQ (www.infoQ.com), and a frequent writer and speaker (Agile 20xx, Scrum Gathering, Agile Palooza, etc.). David was an independent reviewer of the Project Management Institutes body of knowledge for agile. David has over 25 years experience delivering software and systems and has been applying agile methods for 10+ years across the entire value stream from strategy and product ideation to development and support. He has helped hundreds journey from plan driven to adaptive, resulting in increased ROI and satisfaction. As a Certified Scrum Trainer, David delivers Certified ScrumMaster and Certified Product Owner Training along with non certified workshops including team and requirements.
